Scrosexuality
Scrosexuality is a very niche term used to describe a sexual focus on the scrotum, particularly its appearance, sensation, or stimulation. Some people who use the term describe the scrotum rather than the penis as their primary erotic focus and associate scrosexuality with practices such as scrotum or ball stretching.
The term is extremely uncommon and does not appear to be a widely recognized sexual orientation. It developed and has been promoted via online communities, forums, and social media.
