Merosexual
Merosexual is an orientation in which a person may be OK with, or feel favorable towards, some sexual acts, but be averse to or repulsed by others. The comfort level is often context- or partner-dependent and may evolve over time. It's often used by people on the asexual spectrum.
Origins of the Term
The term's earliest known origin was on the Tumblr blog MOGAI Pride Flags. (MOGAI stand for marginalized orientations, gender alignments, and intersex.) However, because this blog states that it does not coin terms, the term's origins are likely earlier.
