Dynamic

A dynamic is a type of kink relationship that generally includes a power exchange (but not always). Dynamics can exist with or without sexual interaction and are also not always romantic. Dynamics tend to be based on negotiated rules, boundaries, and expectations that are unique to those within it.

Dynamics are based on a foundation of four core values: communication, respect, trust, and honesty. They may or may not involve a contract or commitment but they generally operate at a different level to fuck buddies, play partners, or friends with benefits.
