Poly Group
A poly group refers to a network or collective of people involved in consensual non-monogamous relationships that are interconnected in some way. This connection can be emotional, romantic, sexual, or through shared living or parenting. This can range from a tight-knit closed group to a more fluid polycule with multiple overlapping relationships.
A poly group may consist of three or more people who are all dating each other (triads, quads, group poly), or interconnected through a web of individual relationships. It may be egalitarian or have a hierarchical structure (e.g., primaries, secondaries). Members often communicate openly, negotiate boundaries, and may attend events, play, or cohabitate together.
