Teasing
Teasing describes someone in a kink or BDSM relationship who enjoys arousing, tempting, or provoking their partner.
A person in a teasing relationship dynamic may use flirting, suggestive language, physical stimulation, or playful promises to build anticipation and sexual frustration. They may enjoy controlling when and how their partner experiences pleasure, sometimes deliberately delaying or denying orgasms.
Teasing is often associated with tease and denial, edging, orgasm control, and power exchange. For some, it is a playful form of sexual interaction, while for others, it is an ongoing part of a Dominance and submission (D/s) dynamic.
Someone who is teasing may take a dominant role, but teasing does not necessarily involve dominance, submission, or a formal power dynamic. It can also be a mutual activity between partners.
