In Cahoots
In cahoots is a relationship dynamic in which two or more people are making plans or working together in a mischievous way, sometimes in secret. This type or relationship is often between two Tops or D-types teaming up with a shared sub but can be used across all dynamic types.
Origins of the Term
“In cahoots” is not originally a kink term. It is American slang from the early to mid-1800s, where "in cahoot" meant something like "in partnership" or "working together." Originally, it didn't imply secret collusion, and only took on this meaning over time.
Kink communities appear to have adopted the phrase informally because that meaning fits situations where two or more people collaborate on a bit of consensual mischief involving another partner.
