Demon
A Demon is a BDSM role that can be understood as an untameable, infernal presence: part Primal Predator , part protector, part tempter, and dusted with power.
Demons often bring a brutal, consuming intensity to play, but not in a careless or non-consensual way. At their best, they are deeply perceptive, emotionally attuned, and intentional. They may use temptation, degradation, fear, corruption, or intricate mind games to create a space that feels dark, dangerous, and transformative, while still being grounded in trust, consent, and care.
The appeal of the Demon role is in that contradiction: they can feel menacing and protective, corrupting and insightful, degrading and safe enough to surrender to.
When the role is used in the lower case, it refers to a submissive version of the role. This type of demon may willingly enter into a bond of ownership, companionship, or service with a trusted Demon or Dominant.
A demon is not lesser or powerless. Like a cherished infernal pet, they retain all the instincts, nature, and potential of a Demon, but choose to express them through devotion, play, and willing submission. Unbound demons should be treated much like small wild animals. They are curious, intelligent, and deserving of patience and respect. Trust is earned, never assumed, and once given, their loyalty runs deep.
